A great organization is seeking an Accounting Clerk who thrives on precision and finds purpose in mission-based work. You'll take the lead on accounts payable processes and support essential accounting functions that make a real difference in our community.

• What You’ll Do

+ Process invoices and payments with laser-sharp attention to detail

+ Manage vendor files and IRS forms like W-9s

+ Reconcile credit card transactions and generate clear, accurate reports

+ Oversee tuition systems and payment plans to support families

+ Prepare electronic and physical deposits and track parish subsidies

+ Use QuickBooks and other tools to maintain clean, organized records

+ Resolve financial discrepancies and spot process improvement opportunities

+ Support the Senior Accountant in day-to-day operations

Requirements

Associate’s degree in Accounting plus 2+ years of experience (or 5 years of accounting experience)

QuickBooks proficiency and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

Experience handling IRS forms, invoices, and credit card reconciliations

Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and strong work ethic
