Description We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Washington, District of Columbia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile financial services projects, focusing on print and digital design. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and the ability to manage production workflows effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design visually compelling layouts for print materials, signage, and trade show graphics.

• Coordinate production schedules and manage delivery timelines to ensure project deadlines are met.

• Prepare and export final files for production, maintaining quality standards and reviewing proofs for accuracy.

• Collaborate with vendors to oversee file corrections, approvals, and final delivery processes.

• Create graphics for social media, web platforms, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

• Support ad hoc design projects as needed, adapting to shifting priorities and requirements.

• Maintain consistency in branding across all design deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

• Assist in managing creative services for events, including expos and conferences.

• Provide production support and troubleshooting for design-related issues.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of design projects. Requirements • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital projects.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Expertise in preparing files for print production and managing production workflows.

• Ability to design trade show graphics, brochures, and signage with attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills to manage production schedules and vendor relationships effectively.

• Knowledge of social media and web graphics design.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and vendors.
