Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our team in Huntersville, North Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining seamless operational workflows and ensuring data accuracy across various systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a wholesale distribution company while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a Hybrid role with 3 days Onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations between internal systems and warehouse management systems to ensure data consistency.

• Support operational workflows that directly impact revenue recognition and distribution processes.

• Manage and maintain critical data within the order management system to uphold accuracy and reliability.

• Collaborate with the distribution center to resolve customer order issues or returns efficiently.

• Generate and review operational reports to identify variances and ensure compliance with established procedures.

• Assist senior team members with invoice previews, purchase order reviews, price maintenance, and customer content management.

• Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and flow of information.

• Adhere to all safety policies and regulations while performing job duties.

• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback or raise concerns to management.

• Take on additional tasks or projects as assigned by management to support operational objectives.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.

• Experience in operations data entry, reconciliation, or ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite or SAP R/3 is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and operational workflows.

• Proficiency in generating and reviewing reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Flexibility to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with remote options available on other days.
