Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to manage operational workflows efficiently and contribute to process optimization in a fast-paced environment. This role involves handling data-intensive tasks, resolving operational issues, and supporting onboarding processes seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Data Management: Manage large datasets related to onboarding processes using Excel, ensuring data accuracy and on-time input.

+ Sales Support: Assist sales teams by addressing operational challenges and performing data-heavy tasks.

+ Call Center Metrics Analysis: Analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

+ Customer Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries and delivering exceptional service.

+ Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to streamline new hire onboarding, including license processing.

+ Industry Knowledge Utilization: Apply knowledge of the credit card and consumer banking sectors to enhance operational efficiency.

+ Data-Driven Decision Support: Perform critical analysis on data to aid decision-making and refine workflows.

+ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies and industry regulations in all activities.

+ Adaptability: Manage fast-paced tasks and shift priorities effectively within a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications:

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

+ Strong understanding of credit card and consumer banking industries.

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

+ Ability to adapt to dynamic priorities and work efficiently under pressure.

+ Experience with call center operations and analysis is a plus.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations or support role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including managing large datasets and performing data analysis.

• Strong background in customer service with effective communication skills.

• Familiarity with call center metrics and ability to analyze data for performance improvement.

• Knowledge of the credit card industry or consumer banking processes.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-intensive environment.
