Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Lighthouse Point, Florida. In this role, you will manage various aspects of invoice processing, payments, and financial documentation to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Process and code invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Conduct regular check runs and manage payments, including wire transfers.

• Verify and reconcile vendor statements to address any discrepancies.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice-related issues promptly.

• Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions for auditing purposes.

• Utilize Dynamics 365 Business Central to manage financial data and reporting.

• Prepare and process payment batches while adhering to deadlines.

• Review and approve invoices for payment, ensuring proper documentation is in place.

• Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.

• Provide support for ad hoc financial tasks as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar financial software.

• Strong understanding of invoice coding, payment processing, and check runs.

• Experience handling wire transfers and other payment methods.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.

• Familiarity with month-end closing processes and financial reporting.

• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
