Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team on a Contract basis in Texas. This role involves managing litigation tasks, ensuring compliance with federal court procedures, and providing support in discovery and motion drafting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation dockets, ensuring all deadlines and filings are accurately tracked.

• Perform electronic filing (e-filing) in federal courts, adhering to all procedural requirements.

• Maintain and update calendars to track important dates and case schedules.

• Assist in preparing and responding to discovery requests, maintaining thorough documentation.

• Coordinate and send discovery materials to relevant parties in a timely manner.

• Draft responses to motions, ensuring clarity and compliance with legal standards.

• Collaborate with attorneys to support case preparation and documentation needs.

• Ensure all legal documents are organized and accessible for ongoing cases.

• Provide administrative support to streamline litigation processes. Requirements • Proven experience in litigation support, including managing dockets and case schedules.

• Proficiency in electronic filing (e-filing) within federal courts.

• Strong knowledge of discovery processes, including drafting and responding to requests.

• Ability to draft clear and concise motion responses.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals.
