    Description We are looking for a diligent and resourceful Property Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will provide vital support to a team of commercial real estate brokers, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. This position offers an opportunity to work independently while contributing to high-quality marketing and administrative efforts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to commercial real estate brokers, including creating proposals, presentations, and communication materials.

    • Coordinate the dissemination of internal and external marketing information to relevant stakeholders.

    • Gather and organize documentation necessary for completing voucher forms and processing commission payments for brokers.

    • Manage the preparation and production of property packages tailored to client needs, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.

    • Arrange travel plans, reserve meeting rooms, and handle calendar management for brokers.

    • Update and maintain databases, ensuring accurate data entry and generating both standard and customized reports.

    • Assist in updating company websites and collaborate with the marketing team to schedule and place advertisements.

    • Work collaboratively with independent contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

    • Maintain a resourceful and independent approach to resolving challenges and managing workload effectively. Requirements • Proven experience in property management, leasing, or real estate administration.

    • Familiarity with commercial and residential property management processes.

    • Proficiency in Yardi software or similar property management platforms.

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with brokers, contractors, and clients.

    • Ability to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness in handling administrative tasks.

    • Experience coordinating marketing and advertising efforts in a detail-oriented environment.
