Key Responsibilities:

+ Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals.

+ Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.

+ Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

+ Maintain vendor files and manage vendor communications.

+ Assist with month-end closing and reporting.

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
