    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Social Service Worker to join our team on a contract basis in Washington, District of Columbia. In this role, you will contribute to the healthcare industry by supporting administrative processes and ensuring efficient data entry operations. Your work will play a vital part in determining eligibility for relief programs and processing applications with accuracy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and evaluate cases to determine eligibility for customer service relief funds.

    • Accurately input and update application data into the system.

    • Verify the completeness and correctness of submitted applications.

    • Maintain organized records of processed cases and applications.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely handling of requests.

    • Utilize numeric and text-based data entry skills to input information.

    • Address discrepancies in documentation and follow up to resolve issues.

    • Adhere to confidentiality and data security protocols while handling sensitive information.

    • Provide administrative support to streamline case processing activities.

    • Meet productivity and quality standards in all assigned tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry, including numeric and text-based input.

    • Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Familiarity with computer-based data entry systems.

    • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

    • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

    • Experience in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.

    • Basic understanding of relief programs or similar administrative processes.
