Description We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position where you will play a critical role in coordinating personnel and resources to ensure timely and efficient operations. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the dispatch of personnel and equipment in response to incoming calls and requests.

• Track and monitor the status of field personnel and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to gather details and provide updates.

• Input data and relevant information into computer systems and databases with accuracy.

• Schedule and organize work assignments for staff and equipment based on operational needs.

• Maintain detailed records of assignments, equipment maintenance, and personnel schedules.

• Provide direction and support to field personnel as necessary to address challenges.

• Ensure that all dispatching activities align with company policies and customer requirements. Requirements • Proven experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or a related field.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

• Familiarity with call center operations and computer-aided dispatch systems.

• Proficiency in coordinating logistics and managing schedules.

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
