Description

We’re seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with strong Power BI expertise to join our growing data and analytics team. This role is critical in transforming raw data into meaningful business insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

+ Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions using Power BI

+ Create visually compelling and interactive dashboards and reports

+ Analyze data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements

+ Optimize data models and report performance

+ Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all BI solutions

+ Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

+ 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role

+ Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query

+ Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries

+ Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

+ Experience working with tools such as Azure Data Factory, Fabric, or similar platforms is a plus

+ Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders

+ Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset

Nice to Have:

+ Experience with Python or R for data analysis

+ Background in statistics or data science

+ Knowledge of cloud-based data solutions (Azure, AWS)
