    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop, implement, and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent for various roles across industries.

    + Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational culture.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring deadlines and deliver innovative talent solutions.

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure compliance and process consistency.

    Requirements

    Requirements

    + Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.

    + Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

    + Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

    + A passionate, results-driven mindset with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent practices.

    + Prior experience with high volume recruitment in the retail industry strongly preferred.
