Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. This contract position involves ensuring accurate inventory tracking and supporting daily operations to maintain efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Verify invoices against inventory records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Monitor purchase orders to confirm inventory is updated and properly documented.

• Organize and track inventory to maintain accurate records of stock levels.

• Handle physical movement of inventory, including lifting and relocating boxes as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and improve inventory processes.

• Ensure proper documentation and entry of asset inventory into systems.

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized inventory storage area.

• Communicate with vendors or suppliers to resolve order or delivery issues.

• Support the team in executing inventory audits to identify and resolve errors. Requirements • Previous experience in inventory management or a related role is required.

• Proficiency in handling purchase orders and asset inventory systems.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to lift and move boxes as part of physical inventory tasks.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

• Familiarity with basic computer systems and inventory tracking software.

• Problem-solving skills to identify and address discrepancies in inventory records.
