Are you a visionary IT leader ready to drive digital transformation and innovation? We’re seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead strategic planning, infrastructure management, and team development across a growing, multi-location organization.

Responsibilities:

+ Shape and execute the company’s IT strategy in alignment with business goals.

+ Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.

+ Lead and grow a high-performing IT team, including internal staff and external consultants.

+ Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure operational excellence and data integrity.

+ Manage cybersecurity frameworks, risk mitigation, and disaster recovery plans.

+ Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement technology solutions.

+ Oversee vendor relationships, software licensing, and third-party services.

+ Track and report on IT performance metrics, including system uptime and project delivery.

+ Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.

+ Manage the IT budget and forecast future technology investments.

What You Bring:

+ 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

+ Expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, cloud platforms, and project management.

+ Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology with organizational objectives.

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

+ Network administration experience required.

+ Industry certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, or similar are a plus

Work Environment & Travel:

+ This role operates hybrid, mainly in office

+ Occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and travel (up to 25%) to locations across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada is required.

Requirements • At least 10 years of progressive IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

• Proven expertise in managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and project implementation.

• Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to align technological initiatives with business needs.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with network administration and backup technologies.

• Industry certifications such as Cisco or equivalent are highly desirable.
