Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in supporting our clients and internal team. Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly.

• Assist with payment posting processes, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Perform light administrative tasks such as mailing, scanning, and document management to support various departments.

• Engage in email correspondence with clients and team members to provide timely updates and resolutions.

• Accurately enter orders and other data into company systems, maintaining a high level of precision.

• Support both inbound and outbound call operations, delivering exceptional service at all times.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication across departments. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail.

• Strong skills in data entry and order processing with high attention to detail.

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and with care.

• Familiarity with basic administrative tasks such as scanning, mailing, and document organization.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
