Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Miami, Florida. This Contract-to-long-term position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to freight operations while building your skills in billing, invoicing, and logistics. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage billing for all shipped freight, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Prepare and issue customer invoices while addressing any discrepancies efficiently.

• Coordinate freight operations, including air freight and charges, to ensure seamless logistics.

• Utilize Excel formulas and functions to track and analyze inventory and financial data.

• Support import and export activities, leveraging your knowledge or gaining expertise through provided training.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory processes and maintain compliance with regulations.

• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry standards.

• Ensure freight documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with organizational requirements. Requirements • Experience in billing and invoice management, particularly in freight operations.

• Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to use formulas and functions effectively.

• Familiarity with air freight and freight charges is preferred.

• Previous exposure to import and export processes is an advantage.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to undergo training to develop industry-specific knowledge.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
