    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with a well-established service provider in Oceanside to hire a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, email, and in person. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this could be the perfect fit.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

    + Process orders, returns, and service requests

    + Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems

    + Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

    + Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution

    Requirements

    + 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a service or retail environment

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

    + Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

    + A positive, team-oriented attitude
