Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment processes efficiently and ensure seamless transportation of goods. This contract position requires excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Based in Miami, Florida, the role involves overseeing international logistics operations while maintaining compliance with trade regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate air, ocean, and ground shipments, managing the transportation process from the point of origin to final delivery.

• Prepare and process essential shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.

• Monitor shipment progress and provide customers with timely updates on delivery status.

• Ensure all logistics operations comply with international trade regulations and customs requirements.

• Collaborate with carriers, warehouses, and vendors to address and resolve any shipment-related issues.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of shipments, rates, and customer interactions.

• Deliver excellent customer service, effectively communicating in both English and Spanish.

• Liaise with overseas agents and partners to streamline global logistics operations. Requirements • Proven experience in logistics coordination, including air, ocean, and ground transportation.

• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation processes, including bills of lading and customs declarations.

• Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs compliance.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve shipment issues efficiently.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively with carriers, vendors, and international partners.
