Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor (Remote – NY Jurisdiction)

Robert Half is partnering with a leading insurance services provider to find a Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor with strong experience in New York jurisdiction. This is a fully remote opportunity for a seasoned leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
+ Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of Workers’ Compensation Adjusters handling diverse caseloads.
+ Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure claims are managed in accordance with company standards and jurisdictional regulations.
+ Talent Development: Lead hiring, onboarding, and continuous training of adjusters to foster a high-performance culture.
+ Workflow Management: Monitor workloads, set team goals, and drive productivity and quality outcomes.
+ Client Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, brokers, and carriers, ensuring proactive and professional communication.
+ Technology Utilization: Leverage internal systems to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
+ 3+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience
+ 1+ years of supervisory experience
+ Active NY Adjuster License
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Strong knowledge of jurisdictional requirements and claims handling procedures
Preferred:
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Experience with multi-state claims handling
+ Familiarity with claims management systems and reporting tools
