Description We are looking for a dedicated Patient Service Representative to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This is a Contract to permanent position within the healthcare industry, offering an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional service to patients while supporting vital administrative functions. The role is based in-office and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ranging from 60 to 80 daily, ensuring prompt and detail-oriented communication.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing patients' inquiries and concerns effectively.

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry to maintain patient records and documentation.

• Assist patients with scheduling appointments, ensuring adherence to clinic policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the seamless coordination of patient services.

• Uphold confidentiality standards and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Support registration tasks, including verifying patient information and processing necessary paperwork.

• Utilize call center systems and tools to track interactions and resolve issues efficiently. Requirements • Proven experience in patient scheduling, registration, or similar healthcare-related roles.

• Strong skills in assisting patients and delivering excellent customer service.

• Familiarity with call center operations, including managing high call volumes.

• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
