Description

We are looking for an experienced Part Time Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. This role involves managing the entire recruitment cycle to support staffing needs in the education sector. Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-screening of candidates to ensure suitability for open positions.

• Coordinate and manage interview schedules for hiring teams and applicants.

• Create engaging and detailed job postings to attract top talent.

• Manage recruitment efforts for filling multiple open requisitions, including teacher roles.

• Collaborate with HR specialists to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline hiring processes.

• Lead interviews with candidates to assess qualifications and compatibility with role requirements.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and hiring metrics.

Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the education sector.

• Strong background in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition.

• Expertise in sourcing candidates through diverse channels and platforms.

• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
