VP of CRM

Top 3 Priorities

+ Hands-on leadership with a proven ability to implement and deploy new CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).

+ Data-driven mindset, including the ability to write SQL and interpret performance metrics for decision-making.

+ Multichannel CRM experience, including email, SMS, and Direct Mail—ideally having launched or scaled new engagement channels

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to build and elevate a CRM function at a national scale across multiple iconic theme parks. We’re seeking a strategic yet hands-on leader to drive CRM maturity, implement new systems, and lead a hybrid team through transformation.

You will oversee CRM operations across 13 park brands, developing segmentation strategies, expanding channel engagement, and building a test-and-learn culture with measurable impact. The environment is ripe for innovation, and your work will lay the foundation for long-term customer engagement and lifetime value growth.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead CRM system upgrades and platform maturity—Salesforce Marketing Cloud is the current platform.

+ Implement and scale new engagement channels (SMS is next to launch).

+ Design and analyze segmentation strategies for customer acquisition, win-back, upgrades, and retention.

+ Build and operationalize multi-channel marketing efforts across varied park environments.

+ Own vendor/platform relationships (Salesforce, CDP partners, etc.) and ensure optimal system usage.

+ Manage a fully remote team:

+ 2 managers (Analytics & Operations)

+ 3–4 analysts reporting into them

+ Analyze CRM performance data and optimize campaign effectiveness using SQL and other tools.

+ Collaborate across departments: Data Science, Consumer Insights, Park Marketing, IT, Media, etc.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ 10+ years of progressive CRM/marketing leadership.

+ Proven experience deploying a new CRM or marketing automation platform.

+ Advanced technical skills in analytics, SQL, and customer data strategy.

+ Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar tools); CDP implementation experience is a plus.

+ Prior experience managing remote teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

+ Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability.

+ Thrives in building environments—comfortable in ambiguity and maturing systems.

+ Experience launching SMS or other new communication channels is highly desirable.
