Description • Records management, including preparing and tracking subpoenas and information requests, indexing records received, following up on missing records, reviewing records for additional sources and obtaining records from those additional sources;

• Organizing and summarizing documentary evidence, including preparing medical chronologies and deposition summaries;

• Compiling and preparing records for production;

• Facilitating expert witness retention and providing depositions and other materials to expert witnesses;

• Assisting with comprehensive trial preparation including assembling trial binders, organizing and managing deposition materials, exhibits, and summaries;

• Conducting legal research to investigate witnesses and experts, including online/social media research;

• Updating electronic case files with new documents, and maintaining an organized and systematic digital record-keeping system;
