Description Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly detail oriented IT Support Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless technical operations at our cutting-edge biotechnology facility. This position requires onsite support with a commitment to delivering white glove service to our end users, focusing on both PC and Mac environments (50/50). The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to proactively solve IT issues and maintain operational efficiency within our innovative and fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to support diverse teams of researchers, lab staff, and corporate professionals is critical.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive onsite technical support for scientists, researchers, and administrative staff using PC and Mac platforms. Effectively analyze and troubleshoot issues with specialized software, collaborative tools, and IT infrastructure specific to the biotechnology field. Provide tailored IT support to team members, executives, and VIP personnel, ensuring their technical needs are met swiftly with minimal disruption to productivity. Act as a trusted IT partner by building positive working relationships with diverse teams, offering respectful and proactive assistance. Oversee the installation and maintenance of hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices) for cross-functional departments, ensuring compatibility with both PC and Mac systems. Support technical needs for specialized lab equipment, collaborating with third-party vendors when issues arise. Manage and troubleshoot Office 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook, to ensure optimal collaboration across departments. Assist in user account management, software updates, and licenses for cloud-based and enterprise-level biotech applications. Requirements Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with PC and Mac systems in an equal capacity and the ability to address common hardware, application, and OS issues. Expertise with Microsoft Office 365 suite, including troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user management. Familiarity with IT needs in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related scientific environment is highly desirable. Basic understanding of networking, peripherals, and audiovisual technologies.
