Starting Salary: Up to $200,000 + bonus

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly strategic, detail-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their family-owned and operated manufacturing business. Responsibilities:

+ Oversee and optimize the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

+ Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and ownership team, ensuring alignment with company goals.

+ Mentor and develop the accounting and finance team, promoting growth and a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration

+ Manage risk, monitor liabilities, and oversee tax-related matters.

+ Partner with production, operations, and sales teams to identify financial opportunities and challenges.

+ Evaluate capital investment decisions and ensure proper resource allocation to maximize profitability.

+ Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (MBA or CPA highly recommended).

+ 8+ years of financial leadership experience, with a preference for backgrounds in manufacturing, family-owned businesses, or related industries.

+ Expertise in financial planning, data analytics, and reporting systems.

+ Familiarity with tax compliance, cost accounting, and ERP systems.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and within the leadership team.

+ Track record of driving financial growth through strategic planning and operational excellence.
