Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Webster, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring accurate data entry, and managing orders efficiently. Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Enter data accurately into company systems to maintain records and support operational processes.
• Process orders with precision, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and report on data related to customer accounts and orders.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and streamline workflows.
• Monitor customer accounts to identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction and resolve potential concerns.
• Stay informed about company policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all customer interactions.
• Maintain a meticulous demeanor while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, or other channels as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing feedback and ideas for enhancing customer service processes. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic functions and data organization.
• Experience in order entry and processing in a detail-oriented setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
