As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. This is an armed and driving post, requiring you to be prepared to act with professionalism and integrity at all times. What You’ll Do:

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a secure environment.

+ Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the location.

+ Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist with emergency situations, including evacuations and/or medical incidents, following established protocols.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by Allied Universal and site management.

+ Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as necessary to address security-related matters specific to the aerospace and defense environment.

+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

+ Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.

+ Level III Armed Security License required for positions in Texas.

+ Valid driver’s license required for positions subject to Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
