Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Program Support Division of NSTC GREAT LAKES. Responsibilities You will develop procedures and management tools to determine program efficiency and effectiveness. You will compile, analyze findings, and draft reports for Congressional requests for information and higher echelon reporting. You will serve as the resident expert in program planning, administration and analysis. You will conduct current and emergent planning for budget, curriculum and logistic requirements and participate in management studies. You will consolidate and provide data regarding program budget execution, future budget forecasting and emergent requirements. You will provide technical and administrative support, advice and instruction to employees. You will ensure program compliance with applicable public laws, DOD regulations, and policies governing the program. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: sector such as 1) Setting priorities, assigning workload, providing guidance and feedback, evaluating employee performance and fostering a collaborative team environment. 2) Making recommendations, drafting changes while abiding by Federal laws, regulations and policies. 3) Preparing briefs, policy documents, detailed reports, creating presentations and proposals to communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders at all organizational levels. 4) Providing guidance for budget and analyzing cost data for programs. 5) Planning, conducting and managing complex analytical projects or studies by utilizing analysis, research, methodologies and evaluation techniques to assess program effectiveness and efficiency.
