    We’re Hiring: Receiver

     

    High Bridge, NJ | Full-Time

    At Trident Maritime Systems – Custom Alloy Division, we’re looking for a Receiver to join our Shipping team. This role is a key part of keeping our supply chain running smoothly by making sure every shipment that comes through our doors is accurate, properly documented, and safely stored.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments

    + Verify materials against packing slips, purchase orders, and shop routers

    + Label and document materials accurately (heat numbers, part numbers, etc.)

    + Stage items for inspection or storage in the right location

    + Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move goods around the plant

    + Work closely with Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering to resolve delivery issues

    + Keep receiving areas clean, organized, and safe

    + Assist with routing materials, returns, and other shipping/receiving tasks

     

    What You Bring

     

    + Experience with receiving, warehousing, or material handling (preferred)

    + Forklift experience required (certification a plus)

    + Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems a bonus)

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized

    + Ability to lift and move materials safely (up to 100 lbs with assistance)

    + Self-motivation and the ability to work independently

    + A team-first attitude — you’ll be working closely with other departments
