**Summary** Assists in communication with Contractors and Service technicians on pickups and deliveries of manufactured homes materials by performing the following duties.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

+ Communicates with Contractors and service technicians

+ Double checks to make sure Materials are ready to ship on the correct day.

+ Call Service on receivables and material inspections.

+ Must be able to exercise independent judgment or adopt or modify methods and standards to meet assigned duties/objectives

+ Must have strong interpersonal skills

+ Must be able to prioritize tasks and follow through with requests for assistance

+ Must have strong attention to detail

Qualifications

+ H.S. Diploma or GED

+ Manufactured housing industry experience desired

+ Purchasing or Materials experience desired

+ Must have a valid Driver License

+ Must have a clean Driving record
