    Position Summary and Responsibilities

     

    Step into a vital leadership role as the driving force behind our 2nd Shift production floor! As Lead Person, you’ll take charge of coordinating daily operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork to hit on-time delivery targets. Empowered to make smart, quick decisions within defined parameters, you’ll tackle challenges head-on, solve problems in real time, and keep the team motivated and focused.     + Own the Production Flow: Take charge of coordinating all cell activities to crush production schedules and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction—every time.

    + Drive Cost & Quality Mastery: Lead your team to hit cost goals while upholding uncompromising quality standards that set us apart.

    + Be the Go-To Leader: Provide hands-on technical, quality, and production leadership that empowers your team to excel and innovate.
