RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Manage the full onboarding process including intake, documentation, scheduling, and internal coordination.
+ Ensure timely completion and accuracy of onboarding documents (I-9, manuals, guidelines, passwords, etc.).
+ Act as the onboarding administrator in HRIS and ATS platforms, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
+ Conduct onboarding presentations and facilitate the first-day experience for new hires.
+ Maintain employee records, handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and provide support during the offboarding process.
+ Support employees with questions related to onboarding, job changes, and life events.
+ Create onboarding reports for hiring managers and ensure internal processes are followed.
+ Assist in developing and improving onboarding best practices and documentation.
+ Coordinate recruitment efforts for specific client accounts, supporting full-cycle recruitment as needed.
+ Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for assigned roles.
+ Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS and other sourcing platforms.
+ Collaborate with the TA team to ensure a quality candidate experience and effective hiring decisions.
+ Ensure recruitment processes align with compliance standards (e.g., EEOC).
+ Prepare recruitment-related reports and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
+ Participate in recruitment and HR meetings, projects, and process improvement initiatives.
+ Configure onboarding/recruiting templates and forms (offer letters, welcome emails, etc.).
+ Monitor and report on onboarding and recruitment metrics.
+ Support continuous improvement by recommending and implementing workflow enhancements.
+ Performs other related administrative and HR duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 1–3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or recruitment.
+ Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, JazzHR).
+ Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
+ Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality.
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
