In this role, you will:
+ Assist with daily tasks and projects assigned by senior team members
+ Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all work including data entry, reporting and documentation
+ Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders demonstrating assertiveness and professionalism
+ Adapt to changing priorities and tasks with flexibility while maintaining efficiency
+ Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions
+ Maintain a positive attitude when working in a team or independently while following policies and procedures set by Wells Fargo
+ Support cross functional teams as needed
Required Qualifications:
+ 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Proven attention to detail and demonstrated ability to produce high quality work
+ Prior experience working independently and build collaborative partnerships within a team
+ Prior experience working with Investment Products or Investment Research teams
+ Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
+ Effective communication skills with the ability to express ideas and concerns professionally
+ Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
+ BS / BA Degree in Business or Communication
Job Expectations:

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$68,000.00 - $104,000.00
