Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping & Production Support Associate. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely shipment processing, supporting quality control operations, and assisting in production tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing a variety of hands-on duties

What You'll Do

Shipping Operations

• Process all same-day shipments after 4:30 PM

• Handle 20–50 shipments nightly, including future-dated orders

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in dispatch

Quality Control Support

• Sort, bundle, band, bag, and label items for stock or shipment

• Work closely with the QC team to maintain product standards

Document Management

• Scan and upload 300–500 shipping documents nightly

• Maintain organized and accurate digital records

Production Assistance

• Support the BFX Extrusion area by slitting belts (training provided)

• Follow safety protocols and perform tasks with precision

Additional Duties

• Cycle counting and inventory checks

• Receiving and processing incoming shipments

• Scanning verification and data entry

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in shipping, warehouse, or production support preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Comfortable with physical tasks and repetitive motion

• Basic computer skills for scanning and data entry

• Willingness to learn and grow

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs

• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with temperature variations

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range : $18-$20 based on experience
