We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Area Construction Superintendent in Wilson, NC, who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You’ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet. As a passionate leader, you’ll leverage your people management skills to help your team members discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward. • 15+ years of construction site experience

• 15+ years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager

• Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required

• Ability to lead teams of Project vendors and Subcontractors to meet the Project goals

• Ensures Project safety objectives are achieved for assigned projects.

• Ability to perform regular site inspections and safety assessments to ensure compliance with specifications and site specific safety requirements.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30

• First aid / CPR

• Excellent leadership and Communication skills

• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Systems, Equipment and Construction Processes

• Pharma experience
