Job Description:
Under direct supervision, performs routine and repetitive clerical duties to assist in a temporary capacity (less than 780 hours per fiscal year) in telephone surveys, at workshops, conferences, camps and other special events.
Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities
+ Cash and credit card handling
+ Inventory and merchandise, restocking and pricing items in the Gift Shop
+ Answers questions to Garden guests and answer Gift Shop phone
+ Responsible for opening/closing Gift Shop, turning on lights, preparing shop and cash box for daily operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to operate office equipment.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
