Overview
The Treasurer and Finance Manager plays a key leadership role in shaping and executing the company’s financial strategy. Reporting to the CFO, this position oversees treasury operations, financial risk management, investments, and financial planning and analysis. The role is responsible for managing capital structure, ensuring capital adequacy, and leading financial stress testing. It also supports pricing strategies, risk management (including insurance procurement), and provides strategic financial insights across business units. This leader will guide the Treasury team and collaborate with analysts to support planning, forecasting, and capital allocation efforts.
Responsibilities
+ Strategic Financial Leadership -Provide strategic direction and leadership in collaboration with the CFO to develop and execute financial strategies that support corporate goals, including capital planning and financial stress testing.
+ Treasury and Investment Oversight-Manage all aspects of treasury operations, including cash management, investment strategies, banking relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
+ Financial Risk Management- Oversee the company’s financial risk modeling and risk management program, including interest rate, liquidity, and capital risk, as well as procurement of business insurance.
+ Financial Planning and Business Support- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and pricing support for loans and deposits. Partner with business units to provide actionable financial insights.
+ Team Development and Operational Excellence- Build and lead a high-performing Treasury team, implement efficient processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Position Goals:

Key Responsibilities:
+ Strategic Treasury Leadership
+ Provide leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of the Treasury function.
+ Serve as a member of the Asset/Liability Management Committee (ALCO) and help execute ALCO strategies.
+ Make recommendations and set strategies (with CFO approval) for capital planning, cash management, and other Treasury matters.
+ Treasury and Investment Management
+ Implement investment strategies within Board-approved guidelines.
+ Manage cash accounts and invest funds according to established parameters.
+ Oversee banking relationships and external communications with financial institutions.
+ Review and recommend changes to investment managers and asset allocations.
+ Ensure investment and borrowing strategies align with corporate objectives.
+ Financial Planning and Analysis
+ Develop and manage financial models to forecast cash and liquidity positions.
+ Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
+ Provide pricing support for loans and deposits.
+ Support operating companies with financial insights and planning.
+ Risk Management and Compliance
+ Manage the company’s financial risk modeling (interest rate, liquidity, capital, and strategic risks).
+ Lead the risk management program, including business insurance procurement.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
+ Promote a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
+ Team Leadership and Operational Excellence
+ Build and manage a high-performing Finance and Treasury team.
+ Develop and implement Treasury policies and procedures.
+ Oversee operational tasks such as bank account management, signature rights, and payment methods.
+ Support the CFO with other Treasury-related activities as needed.

Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required. Master’s Degree is preferred.
+ CFA and/or CPA certification are strongly desired.
+ Minimum of 12-15 years of experience with demonstrated management and supervisory skills.
+ Strong leadership, interpersonal, and technical finance expertise.
+ Extensive background in a wide variety of finance is essential.
+ Strong business acumen and technical expertise in all areas of global finance and accounting.
+ Ability to travel to affiliate Company locations.
