Job Description
Seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to lead the charge in boosting online visibility and driving lead generation. In this role, you'll craft and execute SEO strategies, manage website content, and produce compelling digital assets across blogs, social media, email, and advertising channels. You'll also design and track targeted campaigns, analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and HubSpot, and collaborate closely with Sales to align messaging and outreach. Perfect for a data-driven creative with a passion for optimization and storytelling.
Responsibilities
+ Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
+ Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance lead generation.
+ Conduct regular SEO audits and implement technical and on-page optimizations (metadata, headers, image tags, internal linking).
+ Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush or equivalent.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all website and content updates.
+ Website & Content Management
+ Manage website content and ensure product/service offerings are clearly presented.
+ Write and edit web copy, blog posts, case studies, and technical collateral aligned with SEO strategies.
+ Digital Marketing & Content Creation
+ Develop and schedule regular content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
+ Plan and execute email marketing, social media campaigns, and digital ads to support brand awareness and lead conversion.
+ Create brochures, technical sell sheets, email campaigns, and newsletters.
+ Collaborate with the Sales Team to generate content that aligns with current offerings and campaigns.
+ Track campaign performance and report results to the Director of Sales.
+ Campaign & Lead Generation
+ Execute targeted marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives and lead nurturing.
+ Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Zoho Campaigns.
+ Maintain and update marketing contact lists and lead databases.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
+ 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a technical, industrial, or B2B environment.
+ Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools.
+ Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent).
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Work Environment
This role is based onsite in Newton, five days a week. The office has a laid-back environment and dogs are often present, so comfort with dogs is essential. The role involves collaborating closely with remote colleagues who visit the office weekly, as well as working with the CEO.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
