    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our government compliance and financial operations. This role requires a strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), experience with DCAA audits, and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Interpret and apply Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) to ensure compliance across departments and projects

    + Prepare, review, and submit Incurred Cost Submissions (ICE) in accordance with federal requirements

    + Serve as a liaison with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and other federal auditors

    + Analyze financial data and develop advanced models using Microsoft Excel

    + Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of small business subcontracting plans and related reporting

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely government reporting

    + Identify opportunities to enhance internal controls and streamline compliance processes

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency (including financial modeling and data analysis)

    + Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI (preferred)

    + In-depth understanding of FAR and federal compliance requirements

    + Experience with ICE submissions and DCAA audits

    + Familiarity with small business subcontracting plans and reporting

    + CFCM (Certified Federal Contracts Manager) certification is a plus

    + Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment

    + High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $46.00/hr.
