    The opportunity:

    Looking for candidates to fill entry level manufacturing positions as needed. Employees responsible for helping run high speed carton forming equipment safely, performing preventative and breakdown maintenance, and participating on a safety team and a production improvement team. Responsibilities also include set up and changeover of machines, production paperwork and assisting crew with all responsibilities that assure quality product and efficient production.

    * Assist in establishing and sustaining a clean and well-organized facility

    * Assist in creating a more "proactive" approach towards safety with employee involvement

    * Ensure that safe working conditions are observed

    * Ability to interact with integrity with the crew and plant leadership

    * Must meet company\u2019s safety, quality, and productivity standards

    * Interact with improvement teams to resolve production issues

    * Continually look for opportunities to improve processes and optimize equipment efficiency

    * Standard hand tools provided by the company

    What you need to succeed:

    * High School diploma or GED equivalent

    * Willing to work 12-hour shifts. 36-hours/48-hour alternate weeks

    * Willing to work night

    * Overtime as needed

    * Teamwork
