    Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor is seeking a high-performing F&I Manager to join our fast-paced, customer-focused dealership.     Responsibilities:

    + Present finance and insurance products to customers in a clear, professional manner

    + Secure financing through established lender relationships

    + Ensure all deals are fully compliant and accurately documented

    + Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a seamless buying experience

    + Maximize finance penetration and back-end gross profit

    Qualifications:

    + 2–3 years of experience as an Automotive F&I Manager

    + Familiarity with CDK and Darwin systems (preferred)

    + Strong attention to detail and compliance standards

    + Proven track record of high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores

    + Ability to multitask in a high-volume dealership environment
