    Responsibilities:

    + Team Leadership & Training of Team - Supervise internet sales team and BDC team members. Hire, train, and coach staff on digital sales techniques and CRM usages. Set and track performance goals for the team.

    + Inventory Merchandising - Ensure vehicles are listed with proper descriptions, pricing, and high-quality photos/videos. Work with sales and inventory teams to maintain up to date listings.

    + Lead Management & Online Sales - Oversee all internet leads. Implement and optimize lead responses processes to ensure fast and effective follow-up. Assign and manage leads across BDC or internet sales team. Track lead conversation rates and identify ways to improve performance as needed.

    + Digital Marketing Oversight - Collaborate with Management team or vendors to manage digital advertising. Oversee dealership's website content, vehicle listings, and promotions.

    + CRM & Technology Management - Manage the CRM system Elead to monitor internet lead workflow. Train staff on CRM best practices and compliance, as well as ensure being followed.

    + Customer Experience - Ensure a professional and engaging online shopping experience is always being had. Monitor online chat, email templates, and digital customer interactions. Handle escalated internet customer concerns when needed.

    + Analytics & Reporting - Track internet department performance metrics: lead volume, response times, appointment set/show/close ratios, etc. Analyze trends to improve conversion rates and ROI. ​

    Qualifications:

    + 2-3 years previous dealership Internet experience REQUIRED

    + Focus on customer experience REQUIRED

    + Strong knowledge of Elead CRM system HIGHLY PREFERRED

    + Sales Management or Internet BDC background HIGHLY PREFERRED

    + Leadership skills, excellent communications and analytical skills.

    The California pay range for this position is $120,000.00-156,000.00 annually.

     

    This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
