    We invite you to join our team of Registered Nurses in the 36-bed Psychiatric Acute Unit where the RNs are responsible for:

    * Providing direct patient care, observation and management of behavioral health patients.

    * Assessment, plan and implement care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes.

    * Takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team.

    * Manage de-escalation of behavioral disturbances

     

    This position is eligible for New Hire Incentives.

    *Required Experience/Specialized Skills:*

    * One (1) year of RN experience

    * Current CA Registered Nurse License

    * Current BLS from the American Heart Association

    * Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors

    *Preferred Qualifications:*

    * Bachelor's degree in nursing

    * Previous RN experience in Behavioral Health and/or ED experience
