We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead, support, and elevate a top-tier sales team that’s delivering real impact. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the sales function, ensuring strong processes, team momentum, and consistent delivery against targets. You’ll help set the tone, cadence, and culture for a driven, ambitious, and mission-focused team.

We’re a rapidly expanding global team, and this fully remote role can be based anywhere in the United States.
What you’ll be doing:
As Sales Manager, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our sales team. You will:
+ Lead and support a high-performing sales team through effective coaching, onboarding, and development
+ Drive the execution of sales plans, helping the team meet targets, improve performance, and stay focused on results
+ Monitor team KPIs and pipeline health, ensuring accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM usage
+ Run a clear, consistent sales cadence including team meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins
+ Support key deals, proposals, and bids with hands-on guidance and coordination
+ Collaborate closely with Marketing, Client Success, and leadership to ensure alignment across the customer journey
+ Represent the team and business at events and in external conversations, building credibility and relationships
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate is a confident, hands-on sales leader who brings:
+ Proven experience managing B2B or enterprise sales teams, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
+ A lead-from-the-front mindset - you motivate, support, and bring out the best in others
+ Familiarity with the full sales funnel, including sales development, pre-sales, and bid coordination
+ A data-driven approach to performance, with confidence in forecasting, reporting, and CRM systems
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and keep teams aligned
+ A commercial mindset with the ability to translate goals into day-to-day action.
