    • _Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM_

    • _Pay: $22 – $25/hour_

    •** **What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Provide essential **administrative and coordination support** for salaried recruitment efforts

    + **Review and screen resumes** to help identify top talent

    + **Schedule interviews** , coordinating availability between candidates and hiring managers

    + Keep the **ATS (Workday preferred)** updated with accurate candidate records

    + Ensure candidates have a smooth, timely, and professional experience throughout the process

    + Assist with **ad hoc projects and recruiting reports** as needed

    + Occasionally support interview logistics — minimal involvement with hourly recruiting

    •** **You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

    + 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support

    + Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (Workday is a plus!)

    + A professional, friendly communication style and a knack for staying organized

    + Discretion and reliability in handling confidential information

    + A self-starter mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities

    • Bonus Points If You:

    + Have experience supporting salaried or corporate recruitment

    + Are bilingual (English/Spanish)

    + Have worked in a manufacturing or corporate HR environment

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
