What You'll Do:

+ Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure airworthiness

+ Certify completed work in aircraft logs and systems per FAA, manufacturer, and company requirements

+ Maintain aircraft and inventory at base, including tools and spare parts

+ Collaborate closely with lead mechanics and teams to meet mission readiness goals

+ Travel to field bases as needed to provide maintenance support

+ Ensure data accuracy in RAMCO system (work packages, installations/removals, etc.)

Who We're Looking For:

+ **FAA Mechanic Certificate** with both Airframe and Powerplant (A&P)

+ Minimum **2 years** of hands-on experience as a Certified Aircraft Mechanic

+ High school diploma required

+ Strong communication and basic computer skills

+ Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and pass pre-placement physical, drug screen, and background check

+ Willingness to work a **7-on / 7-off schedule** and **travel between bases**

+ **Preferred** : Avionics or sheet metal repair experience; flexibility to work night shifts

Compensation & Benefits:

+ **Sign-on bonus up to $15,000**
