+ **Shift/Hours:** Monday – Friday (8am-5pm)

Job Description:

As an Operations Specialist, you’ll work as part of the Engagement & Support team, providing support to Senior Leaders and Business Managers to execute on meetings, travel, and other responsibilities. You will partner with local Site Engagement Teams to help plan, facilitate, and execute employee engagement events.

Essential Duties:

• Communicate with executives and line management to gather and convey relevant information

• Document accurate messages and handle calls with appropriate judgement

• Proactively manage the calendar of multiple stakeholders, effectively resolving conflicts that arise in a professional manner

• Manage all travel planning and expenses, coordinating schedules foe executives to maximize time and create efficiencies

• Prepare meeting minutes and related meeting documents, utilizing written and oral communication skills

• Assist with the planning for Wealth Management Operations (WMO) employee engagement events

• Support and help facilitate the planning, set up, and logistics of executive site visits

Requirements:

• Highly Proficient in MS Outlook & Webex

• High Attention to Detail

• Excellent Oral and Written Communication

• Planning & Organization Skills

**Pay Details:** $22.12 per hour
