    Overview:

    $14/ Hour

    **The Ticket Taker/Ticket Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while selling and scanning tickets for entry into** **Worlds** **of Fun theme park. This position requires a high level of energy and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Duties may include** :

    + Greet guests as they arrive at the park and provide them with information about ticket options and pricing

    + Scan and validate guest tickets at the entrance gates

    + Handle credit card transactions accurately and efficiently

    + Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have

    + Ensure that guests are aware of park policies and procedures

    + Monitor and manage the flow of guests entering and exiting the park

    + Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
