Work Arrangement:

+ Remote - ;however candidates must line in mid to eastern part of North Carolina and be able to travel throughout that region up to 75% of the time. ;

Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for day to day supervision and providing oversight for Community Outreach teams. ;

+ Lead the Community Educator team, coordinate coverage, escalate risks, and support staff in the field and at community events.;

+ Conduct monitoring and tracking of individual community outreach staff activities to ensure quality and accuracy of information.

+ Manage weekly schedules and facilitate daily and weekly reports.;

Education/ Experience:

+ Associate’s Degree or equivalent

+ 1 to 3 years supervisory experience

+ **Ability to travel (75%) extensively within assigned communities. ;Valid driver’s license and access to an adequately ;insured vehicle (per state requirements) required;**

+ Additional licenses, if/as required by the state;

+ Strong familiarity with the given state’s territory/geography preferred

;

Other Skills:

+ Strong Microsoft Office skills

+ Health education, marketing or public health experience, preferred

+ Leadership, facilitation and negotiation skills

+ Some training experience a plus

+ Ability to exercise sound judgment.

+ Excellent decision-making and follow-up skills

+ Attention to detail and ability to plan and organize

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
