Job Skills / Requirements

Sunstates Security is seeking professional and dedicated Unarmed Security Officers for an upscale condominium community in the Hillsboro Beach area. These roles are vital to maintaining consistent and vigilant coverage across all assigned shifts.

Only qualified candidates will be considered.

Pay Rate: $18/hour | Pay Schedule: Weekly Pay

Shifts: Various shifts available, including weekends

Requirements:

+ Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)

+ Active Class D Security License (State of Florida)

+ Proficient with smartphone-based reporting software

+ Strong report-writing and computer skills

+ Excellent customer service and communication abilities

+ Professional appearance and demeanor

+ Previous supervisory experience is a plus

A Security Officer may perform many duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOPs and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Education Requirements (All)

High School diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

Florida D License
